Three Day Split – Week 1

Tuesday, January 26th, 2010

Aside from feeling like I was hit by a truck, this workout is great!!! I found it on bodybuilding.com and decided to give it a shot. When you want change and progression, you have to make a change. This made me change the way I worked out, focusing more on nutrition and rest. Instead of pushing 5 or 6 days and killing myself, it is now a 3-day a week routine.

Next is curbing the habits. I’m cutting the fast food completely. I’m considering removing fried foods as well. Pizza Hut, McDonalds, and a few other spots will not see me for a long time.

Part of my New Year’s Resolution was to change inside and out. This is part of it.
Photos will come soon!

Finding the Joy

Inspired by: Stop Following ‘The Rules’ Of Your Life And Bring Back The Joy

How many ‘off the wall’ moments can you name in life? Moments where you had the biggest grin on your face? Moments where you were in tears laughing? Well, believe it or not, I have a million and I’ve given people too many ROTFLMAO moments. The thing is that I live by a simple concept: You only live once.

There is only one shot to do and say something silly. There is a time to be serious, but when that is over…..the first thing that comes to mind will be said. I find joy in cracking people up because even if it does not get them laughing, I am laughing at my damn self in the process.

What is your joy? Let me know in the comments!

PS.
I truly, truly get my joy out of technology…..and watching movies where there are fast cars or stuff goes “BOOOOOMMMMMM!”

Rededication to Content

Friday, January 15th, 2010

Lately, as a blogger, the thing I have noticed on the site is a lack of one thing: innovation. It is time to turn the heat up as the new year rolls along. We’re doing away with a lot of unnecessary garbage and sticking to what works: fun, unadulterated humor along with some poetic, yet technical knowledge. With that in mind, I am doing away with a lot of segments and replacing some as well.

What’s coming and what’s staying? Well, visit Losevolution.com to find out.
