This is a card toss….something I never done before. I am going to put a recording to my lyrics!!!! A lot of the lyrics in the Rap section in Poetry will get audio! I already recorded one for “The Come Up.”

2.5 hours before final exam #3….man it’s been a month since something was written…

A month away from the game, a month away from being who I am and what I do. I have been away from the pen and pad to come back stronger, more lyrical, and more influential with my vision, my words, my lyrics, and my direction.

Basically the first 5 months of 2010 was me stepping back into who I am. It was me taking each aspect and working on it at a time. Physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, I have tried to make strides in this improvement because of one thing: lack of satisfaction. Until I realize what I believe is my best, I will not stop trying to push each aspect of myself to the limit. My physical strides are documented as now I am stronger than I have ever been. Regaining a lot of my youthful talents was the most difficult thing I have ever done. The thing with talent is that once you lost it, either you work twice as hard to get it back or it is lost forever.

The next move for me….is to keep pushing, to keep striving.

I write for expression, my words are my voice.
I follow God for protection, his way is my choice.

Lately, as a blogger, the thing I have noticed on the site is a lack of one thing: innovation. It is time to turn the heat up as the new year rolls along. We’re doing away with a lot of unnecessary garbage and sticking to what works: fun, unadulterated humor along with some poetic, yet technical knowledge. With that in mind, I am doing away with a lot of segments and replacing some as well.

First off, Happy New Year world!

If you have resolutions, keep em. If you decided to change your life, change it. If you decided to gain or lose weight, do it. If you decided to remove people, remove em. If you decided to get close, get closer. The thing about a new year, we all say, this gonna change, that gonna change. We hit it hard for about a week, even a month. After that, we fall into the same little trap, December comes, and we are talking about the same thing again. The reason I say this is to make a point. 2009 didn’t waste no time. I’m not doin the same crap again in 2010. This is going to be my year. It is going to be huge. Gigantic. Really, really, really, really…………………..

Ten of perhaps the sickest, illest, most inspirational rhymes I’ve written……in three days. Basically it is my paper trail. Inspired by T.I., I wrote 10 different titles, some with original hooks. The thing about it is that this was the most difficult piece of work to put together because I wanted every track to circulate around one thing: 2010 is the year of beginnings for me. I’m completely walking away from any and every negative thing that is not worth confronting and changing. It is racked in emotion and passion, as I passionately walk away from unnecessary adversity, past wounds, past trials and tribulations. All I leave behind is a small, simple, yet emotionally-filled…..

600-100 Ratio

So much writing, so many jaw-dropping, lip-biting, teeth-grinding words have been put into this thing called LosEvolution. Over 600 posts, and now over 100 pages encompass the site. Amazingly enough, a lot of content is slanted towards life more than technology. I will continue to bring the slant somewhat even.

Nice titles, and it just hit me that I hit this mark with the writing. More to come, for sure!
