Loose Ends 3: Update

This is more of a push than I thought it to be. Over half of the album will be finished throughout the week. This way, a Reloaded version would not be necessary. Because I am digging deep into my abilities, this is DEFINITELY the last ‘album’ and hip hop inspired collection of rhymes. More of my poetic talent will be explored from a lyrical and emotional edge from this point forward.

Cover art is being developed for this one as the previous Loose Ends album.

Release Dates for New Rhymes

After a few delays on my part, I have slated the new album releases for my Poetry section. The delays were mainly due to writer’s block and trying to gather more ideas. Each album portrays a certain mindset, and I feel that I need to be in that mindset to pull this work out of me. So, bear with me as I tread through my mind and put these verses on paper. Verbal will be coming soon.

Final Resolution (delayed)
Final Resolution is the burial of life’s hindrances…well at least the current ones.

Re-Up (release date: delayed)
Re-Up is a remix to previous work with current knowledge.

Cleanup Squad (release date: 3/10/12)
No hooks, raw 2-3 min freestyles.

Change the Game (release date: 2/29/12)
Paving the way for a new LosEvolution, Change The Game does just that

Albums Pushed Back

So far, I am contemplating pushing or pulling a few albusm altogether. Cleanup Crew is nearly done, but I really want to focus on Changing the Game. The Re-Up is on the fence at the moment, since I do not want to rehash old work with the correct inspiration.

6 years came to mind, as I see myself back then and now. More or less, a reflection. At one time, I looked at my past as weakness, lament, and anger. Now I look at it for what it is: Growth. I grew so much over these past 6 years, physically, spiritually, and mentally.

And I still grow…..

2.5 hours before final exam #3….man it’s been a month since something was written…

A month away from the game, a month away from being who I am and what I do. I have been away from the pen and pad to come back stronger, more lyrical, and more influential with my vision, my words, my lyrics, and my direction.

Basically the first 5 months of 2010 was me stepping back into who I am. It was me taking each aspect and working on it at a time. Physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, I have tried to make strides in this improvement because of one thing: lack of satisfaction. Until I realize what I believe is my best, I will not stop trying to push each aspect of myself to the limit. My physical strides are documented as now I am stronger than I have ever been. Regaining a lot of my youthful talents was the most difficult thing I have ever done. The thing with talent is that once you lost it, either you work twice as hard to get it back or it is lost forever.

The next move for me….is to keep pushing, to keep striving.

I write for expression, my words are my voice.
I follow God for protection, his way is my choice.
