Three Day Split – Week 1

Aside from feeling like I was hit by a truck, this workout is great!!! I found it on bodybuilding.com and decided to give it a shot. When you want change and progression, you have to make a change. This made me change the way I worked out, focusing more on nutrition and rest. Instead of pushing 5 or 6 days and killing myself, it is now a 3-day a week routine.

Next is curbing the habits. I’m cutting the fast food completely. I’m considering removing fried foods as well. Pizza Hut, McDonalds, and a few other spots will not see me for a long time.

Part of my New Year’s Resolution was to change inside and out. This is part of it.

30 Days From the Deuce Deuce

One more year comes to a close. I guess I can say the last 30 days of being 21 will be spent doing what I do best: work my hands, mind and my heart to the bone. I started 21 in a strong way, and I’m going to finish it in a strong way….and even have a little fun.

Yesterday was paintball, and it was awesome! Wish I could’ve took photos of the hits I took, but close enough. Check out my ‘Dirty to Clean’ pictures as I attempt to revive my white shoes and blue jeans.

Front page is now a summary page. In order to view the full post, click the link on the post that is desired.
New Login/Register button. As soon as I learn more about PHP and Photoshop, it will be a better designed one.
DailyMotion of the Weekend and Read of the Week will start on a consistent basis, with DMOW being posted Fridays and RoW being posted on Monday mornings
The resident WTF of the Week is going to be bi-weekly until further notice.
As usual, urgent updates are posted on the weekends and regular posts are done throughout the week.

Beginning a new year is one thing, beginning a new life is another.

My time on the road during the break has truly shown me a lot of thing about myself and my life. It seems like the open road is a place for me to finally think and air out a lot of things that has happened and what I need to have done. I’m truly through with sympathy about myself and what has been lost to me. I’m done with petty worrying and BS because of the sheer fact that it is not worth it.

I fold my hand as I’m through playing it. Playtime is over, and every aspect of my life is beginning to change. When a person wants change, I have learned that one must examine EVERY aspect. Every mistake and every path must be examined. Once that examination is made, it is only then that a person’s life will truly slow down. It will finally be a point where 24 hours seems like forever, because a person no longer lives life by each unique day. Life is lived by each breath.

Though we inhale and exhale every second, the breath of opportunity comes once in life.

2/17/07 – Just Being

Today is lazy day, damn it! I don’t feel like doing shit to be honest, so I’ve been sitting back, playing videogames and reading pretty much.
My wireless mouse has been acting very shitty with me for the past couple of days, so I had to put the receiver on the top of my printer to have better reaction time, especially while gaming.

The Cost of Leaving Your PC On

This kinda made me wonder about my own laptop. I do leave it on constantly. Example: my computer says my logon date was 2/16/07 at 6:17am, meaning the laptop has been on over a day so far. I don’t know, I just get used to it being on constantly. This was an interesting read though, with a lot of calculations and such.

God, I love the StumbleUpon plugin for Mozilla Firefox, it helps with the boring web browsing. Anyway, stumbled onto this webpage about Photoshop. Maybe I’ll be able to work some magic, lol.
