THIS…..Makes Front Page?! Really?! Really?!

Regardless of the context, this should not make any self-respecting newspaper. Profanity and obscenities are prohibited on televised news. Why does this make a front page of a campus newspaper?
A more tasteful picture could be taken for the title: “Crazy in Kincannon, does this year’s freshmen class out-party its predecessors?”
